Great service

This compliment is for Mpho Maseou from Nedbank branch in Daveyton who is a sales consultant. I app**** for a credit card online and surprisingly I expected them to come back to me give me feedback of the application, kept calling them and I was told it will take 27 days YOHHH 27 days . Expected the service to be convenient and more quicker oh well.

I then went to the Nedbank branch in Daveyton just testing if the service will be any different and WOW the service I got from Mpho was awesome, key take away is FEEDBACK the guy is good with giving feedback he has a sunset rule giving feedback on a daily basis of the application, not even once did I have to follow up with him.

Well he is a true service ambassador. Keep flying the green flag
