Great service

I went to the City View Nedbank branch last week to query a billing. The friendly staff picked up a change to my account and got a sales consultant to contact me a day later. This consultant (Harrison Tilling) provided excellent advise and arranged to see me to quickly get all admin forms and paperwork done quickly.

As I am in the consulting business where time is money I greatly appreciate the service offered by this branch and the sales consultant. As opposed to closing my account due to the billing issues I now have a new product and will continue banking with Nedbank for years to come.
