Great Service

I couple of weeks ago I lost/misplaced the receipt one get after depositing money. I called the Florida branch and I spoke to RITA, she told me they don't keep the slips at the branch but she was gonna make means for me to get a copy. By the end of the day she had called me back. I really do appreciate all her efforts, she didn't have to but she did anyway. Great customer service. I then lost my bank card at an atm in Alberton and went to South gate branch to fill in forms, I was helped out by a lady named CLAUDIA. What an amazing service I got from her, I even called her to make a follow up on my case but she explained in details what's to happen in my case. These ladies really show that even though we do get paid for our jobs, but you can go an extra mile to ensure that the client is happy. Great work ladies. Thank you
