Great service

I would like to say thank you to Fezile who called me back as soon as my call was disconnected (I was surprised to get a call & she quickly explained that she noticed that I had called the bank but the call was disconnected), She then transferred me to Naniswa unlike the other specialist, she actually called me back everytime the call got disconnected. Naniswa called me back 3 times until she finalised my query on the system.

I want to say thank you to both the ladies for their exceptional service. I have learnt to give good reviews as much as I give bad reviews to bad service.

A last remark would be, it's a bit frustrating to try & get assistance as the lines keeps disconnecting or unanswered for longer periods, last week I wasted a lot of airtime - the call center consultant would call me back upon request but none of the specialistst returned the call (a room for improvement on Nedbanks side) but luckily a consultant from the Vosloorus branch provided me with the toll free number today (I would also like to extend my gratitude to her, pity I didn't get her name).
