Great response

I short paid my credit card account by R14.70 and finance charges were made on the full statement amount (R170.97). I spoke to Nonhlanhla who was not authorised to reverse the transaction. She promised to deal with it with her superior. She called me at 07.19 to tell me she had got the transaction reversed. Thank you for following through and the excellent service. It is really appreciated
