Had a wonderful experience when contacting Nedbank yesterday. I was assisted by Wiseman Ntshangase who went above and beyond his duties. He was able to point me in the right direction and later took the time to follow-up and confirm someone was able to help me.

I'm really impressed by the Nedbank experience as a whole. No chats that expire and having to start over. No dead end bot-help. No endless call centre mazes.
