Great experience of Nedbank Insurance

I have only been with Nedbank insurance a short while and have had the pleasure in dealing with them in the past 4 months. It set out in claiming for my bore hole and then ended up in a rejection of the claim as to the results of the people that came out to inspect our claim. I then made the decision to push the claim rejection further and got to a wonderful women that made my whole experience of this claim change. Fathima Reddy was wonderfull and gave an ear to listen to our side of the story revolving in our claim. She and here team where hands on and started with the process from the start again and got all the information needed. the claim got rejected again and Mrs Reddy did not give up and pushed the claim harder in collecting all information from our side and from the inspectors side and got us the out come that we where expecting from the start. So it just comes to show you in talking to a person wich understands the clients needs and takes into consideration all information and taking the claim as if it was their own to resolve this is really mind blowing. I need to give a special thank you to Fathima Reddy for listening to our phone calls even when you had meetings and didn't always have the time to talk to us to make us feel that we where beinhg heard, thank you for always keeping us up to date with the next step and the feedback. Thanks to you and the team that was working with you on this claim for always being professional even when it was not in expectance. I am grateful to know that even if a claim gets rejected that it is not always the dark side of the moon but that people at Nedbank insurance will listen and go the extra mile for there clients.
