Excellent service well done!!!!

Went to Nedbank on Sunday 6th of August to Open Bank Account's for my Children,

From the start Nthabiseng was Extremely helpful and accommodating to my family and i, even though we were there for quite sometime due to System issue's we were never left in the dark and felt that she was doing her utmost best to assist us.

On the 15th of August is was called by a call center agent to tell me there was issues with one of my children's account that was opened.

Went in today the 17th of August and there she was Nthabiseng , ready to assist once again, she remembered my name and my children's name which was a great surprise. In a Country where service is a very rare commodity.

Nthabiseng as friendly as always assisted immediately and rectified the matter,

Nedbank should be Proud.
