I would like to extend my appreciation to Melaney Grafko of Nedbank southgate mall employee number: nb169784, who went out of her way to assist me on saturday the 5th of september 2020.

Melaney was of great assistance and did everything in her power to assist me and displayed great customer service skills. she assisted others to eliminate the queue while still waiting for feedback from your head office.

my gratitude goes to Melany as i had gone pillar to post with my inactive card seeking assistance and also told me to contact my business banker in future for any queries but honestly i want her to be my personal business banker that would make me really happy.
