Great Customer Service
I have been expecting a delivery of an American Express Platinum Charge card since the 27 November 2017 and it has been an endless story.
Thanks to Njabulo Masondo for his excellent professional customer service, I managed to receive my card within 24 hours. He arranged the delivery in such a way that I could pick up the card at any Nedbank branch in South Africa.
