Great customer service

I recently had a poor and embarrassing experience at O R Tambo airport where one has no exit or much recourse other than our cell phone technology and our witts. After lodging a complaint i was called by the Bank in person and assisted with an outcome to my satisfaction A BIG THANK YOU to Nedbank staff for caring it reinforces why i Bank with you.
