Great bank and service

I've banked with Nedbank for over 15 years, and am a happy customer.

I recently made an online purchase from Mr.Shopper, which turned out to be a terrible experience. I have a separate review for them. However, I lodged a ***** complaint through Nedbank and was assisted professionally and timely.
