Got to give credit where it's due

<p>Following the recent not so impressive experience with Nedbank Business Banking I have to say that Nedbank turned the tables by eventually delivering some excellent customer service.</p> <p>Where before it took me nearly a month and a half to get nowhere with my business inquiry, after my complaint and calling on a different branch, the matter was resolved in less than two days... go figure!!</p> <p>Well, kudos to Darshna at Nedbank Westville Mall for her efficiency and professionality.</p>
