Got charged a HONFEE ????

Hi <br> <br> I am so upset I received a sms on the 16.06.2015 advising me of 2 Honfee charges for purchases made in April we are now in June!!! What the heck is a honfee???? I demand that this be reversed or I will change banks. I have never been charged a fee like this and have no idea what it is for. This morning I went to Nedbank and have been told that there is nothing that can be done however upon browsing Hellopeter I see that these charges has been reversed for others.
