Got Blocked for Something I dont know for more than 10 week

If I had an option to give negative five star rating I would. When you go to the branch you wait for 30 minutes, waiting for something you don't know as the staff is moving up and down have small chats with each other. When you come to open an account you would bet that they're the best ever but when you are client, you don't matter anymore. My bank account got blocked on 23rd of January, they said they are suspecting *****ulent activities. Its been 10 weeks now I go to the branch every week and they say I must the ***** department. They don't even pick up the calls. The investigator Sadjitha Raman doesn't respond to emails. There is no communication whatsoever. Im stuck I cant use my bank account. Worst Bank ever
