Good service rendered by Elize Byleveld

Was phoning Nedbank everyday regarding my Claim (Claim Number C ********** 907525). Every time I was talking to very rude consultants until today 18 June 2018. I phoned again today and a lady by the name of Elize Byleveld surprised me. She was totally deferent from other consultants I spoke with. She was so polite and generous, willing to help me further, listening to what I’m trying to say unlike others. I give her five (5) star rating. I was wondering why every time I am phoning Nedbank insurance my calls are answered by rude consultants. Well done Elize Byleveld keep it up
