Good service, Nedbank Glen Acres

Thanks to the gentleman, i presume he is the only male working there, at Nedbank Glen Acres, who assisted me today. After trying multiple times to get a card from Amex helpdesk, he was able to quickly sort the problem out and order the correct card. Apologies for not getting his name, as i was not in a good mood after this useless service from Amex.
