Good service Counter 9 - Brooklyn Mall

I was at the bank today, Brooklyn Mall to collect my credit card.

With my “token” I was waiting till Counter No 9 called me.

Thank you to this lady who made me feel welcome, who valued me as a client and assisted me with all her patience. The lady (English lady) is for sure professional and know how to deal with customers; excellent customer service.
