Good day I logged a call with Nedbank and spoke too a lday by the name Nokwanda Chala, she was patient with me and took through each step on how to order my cards that were swalloed at an atm, minutes later after our conversation i recieved a sms with my refference number that my cards are ordered. furthermore nokwanda also gave me her email address for follow up and as a client service consultant myself i really learnt a lot from her and would like to appreciate the excellent service i recieved from her.
