Good one Nedbank

I recently had to block my credit card because I lost it and I decided to cancel my service and get another card from absa. Thought it was going to be a very difficult hassle but after about 10 minutes my card was blocked and canceled. I spoke to an extremely polite fellow who made the whole process very easy I cant remember his name but the reference number for the call is 513308. Thanks Nedbank :)
