Good morning. I live in Rifle Range Road Forest Hill near the Shell service station called Range Service Station. The Nedbank ATM is out of order for a very long time. I complained about at clientfeedback yet nothing has been done. This is the only Nedbank ATM that people can go to. Nedbank is not paying attention to the calls, emailed sent to them. Today is payday and going towards pension payout day. The poor people are being inconvenienced by poor service. Is this really a bank you can trust? Now we have to pay swaswhich fees because of Nedbanks incompetence. Is there someone at Nedbank who is willing to sort out their mess
