Good day I've been to the branch of Nedbank in East London Oxford Street since last week 16th February 2026 Monday, and I haven't received any help from them according my savings account, I've been waiting and waiting until now 24 February 2016 I'm still waiting. I have a personal account with Nedbank, but now I need my savings account to be activated but they refuse to do so and with no informing me why since 2024 my account has been on hold until today they fail to report to me why is that so. Please help me.
