Good day. I would like to report the bad service i have received from the bank. On Wednesday i was at the Zeewenwach branch . You stand in a long line as soon as u close to the door you come the agent tell you can go sit i sat with people who had no stickers only after wards we got stickers. my mom passed away i git a letter from court for her funds to be frozen. The agent confirm that they don't do it at the bank she provided me with a number. when i called the number i was inform by the agent they are unable to assist me. i should write an email. i sent an email up until today no feedback received. I never came across a bank that have staff that looks like they not sure what they are doing. The service was not good at all.
