Good day I am very furious. I have a personal loan at nedbank. It is in arrears but i talk to a consultant to arrange that i will pay R1500 towards my loan every month on the 25th. 25th June i pay my R1500. So on the 2nd July they deduct a R1680 + R819= R

Good day I am very furious. I have a personal loan at nedbank. It is in arrears but i talk to a consultant to arrange that i will pay R1500 towards my loan every month on the 25th. 25th June i pay my R1500. So on the 2nd July they deduct a R1680 + R819= R2500. I called to explain i want my money back got a ref nr ***2. They told me it will take up to 48hrs. On the 4th July they deduct again R2190, together it was R4690. On Monday 6 July i called again, to claim my money back again they gave me a ref nr ***8 and told me it will take up to 48hrs. AGAIN i called on Wednesday 8 July,and i went to our nedbank branch but they couldn't help me, I explained again to a consultant she promised me my money will be in my account the next day. On Thursday, 9th July, yesterday, i called again, explained again to an agent, she explain and promised my money will be in my account today, Friday 10 July. And she explained it shows on their system my R4690 will be in my account today. This morning, 10 July i called again amd explained again to an agent she said my money will be in my account on Tuesday 14 July, gave me another ref nr ***3, coz the previous agents didn't do their jobs right... I am currently on maternity leave as i explained it to every agent i spoke to, and i urgently need my money. My babies needs stuf my children needs food. That deduction was not part of our discussion. And every time i called they said it will take up to 48hrs.. Its been a week. I NEED MY MONEY NOW.

Please help me i cant wait until Tuesday. Mariska Raman ***
