GOOD BYE NEDBANK ***

<p>on the 6th of April I got ******, i called nedbank to block my cards and also asked them to send me new ones and i was advised that this was done. i waited for my cards for over a month until the temporary card that they gave me stopped working, which was an incovenience for me as i was unable to transact. i went to Nedbank westgate and to my suprise, my cards were never ordered in the first place, i waited 2 full hours to have my cards ordered for me and they gave me a new temporary card. i finally got an sms that was my cards were ready to collect. I looked up their trading hours for sunday and the site advised that they close at 1pm so i made my way there. at 12, their branch was closed and a very rude TEBOHO MOKETSI (not sure of his surname) advised me that i cant go in even after i had explained to him that their site advised me that they closed at 1 pm and that i was inconvenienced when the cards were not ordered for me. with a very bored and irritated face and an attitude that clearly showed that he did not care i was sent home stranded with no money for petrol. i have been with Nedbank for over 6years and i ready for a change. i will be going to a bank that has proffessional assistance and diligent nice staff and that is accurate with their trading hours. i really envied FNB clients that were still walikng in and out of their bank and welcomed by a very friendly host while i was stranded and just humiliated by your dear Teboho.</p>
