Good bank, but the budget facility needs some serious workaround.

This is y far the best bank I have ever banked with. I however, have an issue with their credit card facility. I feel like the budget facility is a VERY important feature that as a debtor, I need access to. The bank should come up with measures to protect us from cashiers that just select budget without consulting with us.

I have had to pay budget instalments for payments I thought I had paid for using cash loaded into my credit card. Add a layer of protection to the feature to protect us. Imagining paying over R7000 on interest for payments that were supposed to have been cash. Words cannot begin to express my disappointment at the moment.
