Gold Credit Card not displaying accurately on the Nedbank app

I reported more than a month ago that my Nedbank Gold Credit Card does not display accurately on the app. I received an email and a few phone calls informing me that the IT are looking into this issue. It still has not been resolved. Maybe Nedbank will be able to resolve the issue before Christmas 2023??
