Gold Credit Card not benefiting those it was meant for

Nedbank introduced the Gold Credit Card saying its to accommodate low income earners. but they keep declining applications of low income earners. I have a stable income from properties that I rent out, and I dont have expenses as my wife covers everything as our attempt to build the property rental business by putting back all they money we get into the properties. they say I dont meet thier criteria, but I have everything they require for eligibility to apply. And my credit history is stable
