Going the extra mile - Daniel Pule

I would just like to thank Daniel Pule from *** Help Desk service- Durban for his excellent service on the 1 of July 2020. Even though we dont bank with Nedbank he went the extra mile to assist me in my query without giving out his customer information and left me with the "'wow" feeling. He even loaded a request - ***0 so I dont have to explain my whole story to the next person. Welldone Nedbank for employing such a valued staff member
