going the extra mile
Thanks to adele steenkamp who managed to sort out my banking enquiry. After almost 3 weeks of struggling with another banker adele made the effort to help us and keep us updated along the way and she was always friendly. She also helped my husband about a month ago after 3 other bankers failed at the attempt. Adele nedbank needs more people like you. Thank you.
