Going the extra mile

I went to nedbank keywest, krugersdorp this morning. A lady by the name of Teboho helped me at the tellers. There was a problem with the money i wanted to withdraw and she asked the assistance of a male person, also called Teboho. Between the two of them, a lot of phone calls and emails and a lot of stressing they helped me with a smile on their faces. They really went the extra mile for me today and made sure everything was sorted out and i was happy. Thank you Teboho an Teboho. You two are a great assett to the Nedbank in keywest.
