GLOBAL DEPARTMENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

I called in for assistance for their Global Department & as a new customer I was taken by how unprofessional their Customer Service agents are even their Team Leaders I was spoken over, I was promised to be called back & obviously I was not called back I then reached out to Lungi she's been such an amazing help, she tried yet again to assist me to the best of her ability - soon sending me an email back to let me know that the Team Leader on my escalation has left already.

I am well disappointed and I wont recommend anyone to receive assistance from people that have no way of treating their customers & the fact that I'm new to the bank itself, keep in mind in a few days its Christmas and I still do'nt know where my funds are
