Given empty promises. No feed back given.

I have a Savvy Bundle with Nedbank. When you turn 55 years old. They are supposed to reduce your Savvy Bundle account to R55 for monthly subcription.. On the 22nd March 2024. I went to Fox Street branch in Johannesburg to apply for the reduction. I was helped by Shamiem, who promised to log a call to the technicians, then she will give me feedback. She took my cell phone number and she never called me back to give me my feedback. On the 27 March 2024, I was charged R115 again which I was avoiding. I am 55 years and would like to get the benefits that I was promised. Kindly adjust my account to R55 subscription and refund the balance back into my account.
