GIVEN A USED MOVIE VOUCHER BY NEDBANK GREEN REWARDS

Good day on the 21 July 2017 i received an sms from NEDBANK REWARDS, for two movie tickets . I then proceeded to redeem them , i was told at numetro they had been used already ,by whom i don't know. I ended up paying for the movie , i called the ********** 793 i was told the matter would be rectified to date nothing. I then sent an email to NEDBANK HIRST GEOFFERY rep**** with , i am not registered without even asking for the sms , reference and all that. He /She was clearly not interested to assist me . He sent me a really annoyed email , which i rep**** "LEAVE IT , CLEARLY YOU DON'T WANT TO ASSIST ME"

I don't know why they give free stuff to customers if they themselves will use it , its ***** and its *****ing because none else would use a voucher that is on my phone .. Don't be fulled by nedbank and their doggy staff members who are not willing to assist the customers that they must serve .
