Ghastly Nedbank experience

Absolutely hopeless. Tried to login using username and password; name came up, but had to refresh details and the system wouldn't accept ID - said it had to be a minor???? because the investment was made initially when I was a minor. No contact number provided; had to use the general Nedbank number. tried to get a withdrawal form using Google, could only find for legal entities and endowments! I've spent about an hour trying to sort this out and have now got a contact number which I've abandoned for the time being having held on for 12 minutes for a response
