Getting f**ked around because THEY lost my papers

I tried to open a personal account at Nedbank in Campus Square last weekend. I was told I needed my land lord to sign a \Lessee's declaration". My landlord signed it and I went to Nedbank in Nicolway (close to work) to open my account. All was smooth sailing until today when I went to pick up my cards. They wanted my landlord to sign the same Lessee Declaration form. I told them she already has and it's in their records. After 2 minutes of searching"
