I was a bit upset to figure out my Durban broker had basically transferred me to some call center in Joburg. However, from the first day I started dealing with them, I've only ever dealt with one person and she is awesome. Innocentia always promptly responds to my emails and has adjusted my policy probably 10 times in the last 3 weeks- with absolute pleasure. I'm new to purchasing vehicles on finance and she has made the experience for me so effortless. She's helping me tracker installation, writes motivations to management to lower my premium, and always reminds me of important things I forget with regards to my insurance.
