I am extremely disappointed with Nedbank regarding my funeral policy, I feel like Nedbank ****med me my hard earned money. It's been over a year now since Nedbank failed to process the payment of funeral policy of my grandfather, they stated that because of the relationship the claim failed but they debited my money every month I had to owe money to prepare for the funeral whereas I took funeral policy for my grandfather.
