General service- terrible

After returning to Nedbank N1 City for the 3rd time due to my card being faulty. I walked in at 11:11 waiting time 6 minutes. Ok this is going to be I thought. But I was wrong. The longer I waited the longer the waiting time got according to the information board. I was sitting there wondering why have 18 counters to assist but only have about 6 open assisting customers?? The waiting time went from 6min to 48min in the almost hour I was waiting. This is the worst service ever. My previous 2 visits to the branch the last 2 weeks was no better.
