GBlkingage fee when I've never had a credit card with your bank

I have no credit card with nedbank. Never had one but I noticed just now that I'm charged GBlink fee of R30 every single month. On top of the monthly account fee. Someone better explain to me what this charge is for because I have no interest in visiting one of your branches as it might end up so ugly
