GB Linkage fee

I've requested more than 3 months ago to remove the Greenbacks facility on my Nedbank credit card as I no longer use my credit card. I was told that it would be removed that same day. Last month I noticed that I am still being charged a linkage fee and was told yet again that it will be removed after being on the phone for very long. Having looked at my current statement I am STILL BEING CHARGED a fee that I've requested to be removed more than 3 months ago. This fee need to be reversed and paid back to me, I refuse to let this go after calling ample times to have this removed! Surely Nedbank record its calls so please be my guest and listen to the calls!!!
