Further loan

I am so utterly disappointed in nedbank home loans. I app**** for a further loan on my bond to consolidate our debt to make life easy for us. We qualified based on our affordability but when they did the validation we were decline as it was validated at R540000 but our market value is R619000. I honesty do not understand how we cannot be help when your clients are really in need. My husband even changed banks so that we can stay at nedbank. This was our biggest mistake. I truly regret being with nedbank . I will make a plan to change everything soon. I honestly didn't expect. Your clients are the reason you exist and you want to speak about rules and regulations.
