Furious MFC customer

Nedbank can sum1 educate the staff all the agents as well as team leaders are ***********, I called in 3 weeks back to do a debit order change from 1 bank to another the 1st agent dd not advice me of the form he just told me everything is sorted out. Then the date came for the debit order to go off nothing happened, I had to call in mind you that time I’m always using my airtime, the 2nd agent told me abt the form ok I fill it out send everything with instructions was told they will redebit once they receive the form. To my surprise nothing again so I had to call the 3rd time round was told to go make a direct payment I refused coz I told MFC in time about my debit order and I’m juggling school and work so I have no time so that agent said they would redebit still nothing. I made a request for them to contact me as I no longer have airtime to waste on ppl who dnt listen to their customers so this girl call me assures she will call back to confirm everything and do an overnight debit I even spoke to the team leader as Nosipho from collections dd not call me back as promised, team leader assured me she will gv her coaching and promised to redebit ok as a senior I take her word 3 days later no debit this time I’m furious so I call in to ask wats going on, I was told no the instruction is in to do an overnight debit that was on Tuesday or Wednesday. Today is Saturday I’m getting and email and sms that my account reflects an over due outstanding debit which means I’m in arrears so tell me who is the fool between me and Mfc can sum1 plz call me as I’m unsatisfied with mfc Nd consider never doing business with them in the future
