Furious Customer

I have app**** for 3month covid relief assistance on our homeloan in April - June. I was told by the consultant that it will not affect my credit record and after the 3rd month I could apply for anything again. I called after the it was done they said first it will take 12.onths to be removed the next consultant said it takes 21 days. I spoke to Silindile at Head office call center who said she will sort it out and nothing has happened. I logged complaints i tried everything but no proper answer. We in the process of selling our property and purchasing a new property as we signed a offer to purchase already and still no response and our credit shows negative on our bond. I do not know what to do further as nobody can assist. I need answers We have all our business at Nedbank and really considering moving it.
