FURIOUS!!!!

Can somebody in head office of Nedbank intervene and help me please. I paid an instalment of a loan i didnt receive. Chrishell and her manager (Preller square branch in Bloemfontein) doesnt wanna take responsibility of the mistake as the Branch manager told me in my face that its not their branch's mistake. I app**** for a loan in their branch but now that theres a problem its not their fault. I havent received any feedback of how the investigation is going after almost 2 weeks of complaining. This is UNEXCEPTABLE!!! I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH NEDBANK AGAIN!!!!
