Furious!!

I am furious. I have a personal loan with nedbank. End of July 2020 i was retrenched and received my last salary end of August 2020. I app**** for claim from insurance. I received no feedback stating that they required a certified Id copy. I then sent it to them as requested on 11 January 2021. I December 2020 Nedbank deducted my loan amount. I receive uif which is almost nothing and need that money to pay school fees. Nedbank confirmed today that they paid the money into my account so immediately i made contact to request the refund on my account. Now I have to wait four days before i contact them again and then if the money reflects from them i then have to wait another 7 to 10 days Nedbank is quick to deduct my money but always take forewever to refund. Once the money is refunded i am closing the account
