FURIOUS

I have been a client of Nedbank for more than 10 years. I have always recommended this institution to all my friends and have had only good, positive things to say about this bank - until today. <br> I have had a personal loan with Nedbank for a few years. In October i lost my job and i went to the bank and made a 3 month arrangement on these loans for minimum payment. In the second month of my arranged debit order, Nedbank took not only the arranged amount, but also an extra R1800. I contacted them and had to wait 7 - 10 working days for this money to be paid back to me. This month, an extra R1233 was deducted. I contacted Nedbank again, and I am now still waiting for the money to be reimbursed. In the meantime i have had to pay R125 x 2 for 2 returned debit orders due to Nedbank taking this money. This morning i saw another R4990 has been taken out of my account. I am trying to obtain a settlement value on my account, i keep having to wait 10 days for MY money to be paid back to me before i can request the settlement value. I have no job and you keep taking my money, this is UNACCEPTABLE! My trust will clear this debt, as soon as you stop taking what is in my account!
