Funeral Policy opened without my knowledge

I went to Nedbank to set sms notifications on my phone coz I wasn't receiving them whenever transacting. I was assisted by your consultant Jer Velle in Kokstad and he opened a funeral policy for me without my consent I found out when my daughter called because she saw the policy documents on my emails. What I went to the bank for is still not sorted, I never signed up for your policy, why are is Nedbank Kokstad hiring ***** consultants? This is not right at all, he thinks just coz I'm old then am stupid
