Funeral Policy Claim

I have a funeral policy with nedbank and I claimed on the 21st October 2020 and submitted everything that's needed till today I have not received anything I even went to the branch to check what's happening but I didn't fat any help as they say I must call insurance department which I did today and spoke to one of the rude consultant who even dropped a phone while I was still talking to him. At this moment I hate nedbank and I'm jumping ship and would advise everyone who ahs a policy with them to cancel them.
