Funeral cover

Im a customer of Nedbank. I have a nedlife cover for R215 for funeral cover for my father. I tried to increase his cover ans they refused to help me because he is 76. This policy is running for over a year. This is ************** against old people. This should not be the case. He can life for another 20 years. All I want is to increase his policy to R50000.
